I can’t decide if Shamala sounds like a drunk or a whiner

Every time I hear her talk I can’t think of a voice that’s more grating. Is it a drunk or a whiny voice? Maybe it’s a drunk whiny voice.

My immediate thought on her tone/voice when listening is condescending. And arrogant of course, but I guess that's covered by condescending.

very nasal and very annoying!!! Can you imagine listening to that voice for 4 years? (ain't no way Joe would last 4 yrs)
