I am not sure what Winters thinks she's proving here. Her own sources say clearly that it's not a bio-weapons lab. Being BSL-3, there probably are some pathogens being studied there, but this goes on inside the USA and many other countries as well. (Debating whether we should be doing it is fair, but it's not illegal nor is it a weapons lab).
You do realize that biological and chemical weapons are banned worldwide don't you? If America was going to break that treaty, do you really think they would make it public? Wouldn't they do it super-secretly? And why would they do it in Ukraine when it would be much easier to keep it secret in America?
It's all fricking bullshite Russian (Soviet-style) propaganda just like the old "America invented HIV" lie that the Russians started in the 80's.
