I am shocked no one in here commented about what Dr. Pepper did for the half time comp.

So funny. I called it the minute it happened. I just thought we’d read about it on Monday. You know how these things will go the second they happen.

Well the white chick that lost in the TCU game only got 20k and the winner got 100k. She needs to sue for discrimination

I posted on Tiger Rant about it. I knew that was going to happen. Just a taste of what’s going to happen Tuesday in Georgia.

Yes it is. Actually, the black girl had two chances to win the 100k. They played the game when it wasn’t live and the white girl won. They did this in the event the second round remained tied. Then, they still give the loser 20k. The rules were agreed upon by both participants. Then she gets another try at the 100k live. I say this without laying blame on the black girl. For all I know, although disappointed she didn’t’ win, she was ok with the way things turned out and was happy with the 20k. The fair thing to do is if Dr. Pepper wanted to give her 100k, they should have given the other girl the same amount since she won by how the rules were laid out.

White girl and black girl were in the Dr. Pepper challenge. Apparently they played the game non televised prior to the actual event. I am assuming they do this in the event of a tie because they can’t take up most of the halftime playing this game. They have rules in place of a tie. They play the first round and it ends up in a tie. The second round is 15 seconds and it ends in a tie. The white girl starts jumping up and down because she knows, based on her winning the tie breaker rules, that she won the 100k and the other girl wins 20k. The announcer knew she was the winner and announces that because of a previous tie breaker, non televised, won by the white girl, she was the winner. The whole crowd booed. My guess is they booed because they didn’t actually get a chance to see a winner. No one like to see a tie. I believe Dr. Pepper took it as boos that the black girl didn’t get a chance to win 100k and then in the 4th quarter, the announcers mention that Dr. Pepper decided to also give the black girl 100k. The white girl, for winning earlier, didn’t get any extra compensation for winning the whole thing.

It was classic Equity vs Equality.

Should have just gave em a check when they pulled the names out of the hat. But it’s a losers world now.


How do they justify not paying 100k to the losers at the other games today?
