Do you believe that there’s a point of no return?

Can a woman direct a doctor to snap the babies neck just as it’s coming out of the birth canal?

What about before the umbilical cord is cut?

Do you agree that a woman is either pregnant or not pregnant?

Ummm legit question but how can you type this with a straight face? Did you ever read the Constitution or take a civics class? If so please provide me the text of the Constitution that Abortion falls under?

The rights you refer to should also apply to the person in the womb.

Not a person until it leaves the womb. Until then, everything goes through the mother. All food, all blood, all nourishment, all rights.

I’m not even sure where the idea that pregnant bellies were people came from.

bullshite! Nobody has an absolute right to control their own body. You cannot legally inject heroin into your body in most places. Try to commit suicide and the government can put your body in a hospital on a 72 hour hold. Try jacking off in public and tell the arresting officer that you have a right to do what you want with your body and let us know how that works out.

What if the baby is only partially out. Say the head is out.

Is it alright with you if the "mother" orders the abortion doctor to snap the baby's neck at that point?

That view would be derisible and abhorrent.

What's the limiter in the other direction? Conception? Ejaculation?

OMFG.

The ruling is about State’s rights and not abortion. Either we have a Republic and follow it OR we don’t and just make shite up on the fly with the Constitution being “living document” bullshite logic and impose nationwide laws that some States don’t want.

There is a process to change the Constitution if people don’t like it. Judicial activism is not the proper way and that is what this ruling is about.

Whatever your moral beliefs may be. Different people have different moral and philosophical beliefs on the issue.

Which is EXACTLY WHY, FROM A CONSTITUTIONAL BASIS, this is something that belongs with the individual state legislature.

This is sort of like the Jacobellis v. Ohio pornography case. The founders recognized that what is good and moral in one part of the country is not in other parts of the country. To put it another way, different parts of the country have different community standards and those standards should be respected.

What the Roe v. Wade supporters want is to impose their moral and philosophical standard (which many feel are demented and deranged) on every part of the country. I don't know about you, but I choose not to live in New York or California because I don't want to be governed by the sick and deranged freaks who have been in charge there for the last 35 years. And, thanks to our founding fathers, I can escape such lunacy. But, if the libs have their way, the morals and dictates of New York and California will be forced upon the rest of the country by way of 5 unelected far left wing nutjobs that Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer appoint to the Supreme Court.

You are one SICK, DERANGED, and DEMENTED F*CK.

You should move to California or New York where they share your disturbed mindset.

That is just a silly view point.

The idea that the snipping of the umbilical chord is what creates life and makes it a person is ridiculous.

Yes yes. I'm sure history books will 100% mark this as the birth of liberal activism and blame the New Era on Conservatives. We'll just conveniently ignore the last 5 years of an army of liberal judges issuing nation wife injunctions every time Trump took a shite.

I’d love to live in NYC or maybe Jersey lol

My type of place

Will say this though. Our society has trained us well to regard pregnant women as the least evil demographic on Earth. I mean what could be more selfless than growing a new life inside of you? We treat them with kid gloves.

However, people saying abortion is murder makes me subconsciously want to compare pregnant women with actual murderers. I’m right by New Orleans, there’s no shortage of actual murderers here. Pregnant women could not possibly be them. It’s stupid.

I’m aware it’s life.

But at what point is it separate from its mother?
