The indictment in California is expected to be felony tax charges. The immediate question is whether this leak will be used to kick over the table in Congress. Hunter was holding a bad hand with a real threat of contempt if he failed to appear for the deposition...

Joe pardons Hunter, then drops out of the race for "health reasons" to let Newsome run.

Well, that is a given, but the timing is also political. Keeping him from talking is political right? Everything the Des do is political.

It's kind of hard to beat tax charges....either you paid them or you didn't and the structuring part as well.

All nine charges relate to tax, including four failure to pay charges, two felony charges for filing a false return, a felony charge for tax evasion and a further two charges for failure to file. The charges span the 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 tax years.
Prosecutors allege the president's spent millions on an 'extravagant lifestyle' while avoiding paying taxes for years.
'The Defendant engaged in a four-year scheme to not pay at least $1.4 million in self-assessed federal taxes he owed for tax years 2016 through 2019,' the indictment states.

This is how they get Joe to step down. Charge Hunter. Force Joe to pardon his own son and they will have what they need to shame him out

0% chance of conviction.
Don't put the cart before the horse. Jury Pool is registered voters, and it's a moderately conservative area.

I am a full on conspiracy guy now. If you think this was not planned to stop him from the subpoena, you are crazy. Further, it is cali. they will slow roll this. Nothing will happen. If Biden wins or loses, he is pardoned so it does not matter.

I was told that this was never going to happen when the other indictment was dismissed.

Yup. More Trump voters in Cali than in any other state.

This is nothing but more Biden DOJ corrupt bull shittery to prevent his testimony before congress - with a nice facide for the libs to hide behind.

They will convict and the judge will give him probation and a fine. Hunter is never going to jail.
Posted on 12/7/23 at 10:13 pm to Covingtontiger77
The rest of it he wasted.

Hunter is fricked. He's going to get sentenced to a full year probation over this.

…Hunter Biden spent millions on 'drugs, escorts and girlfriends, luxury hotels and rental properties, exotic cars [and] clothing' while not paying his taxes Between 2016 and 2020 the indictment argues that Hunter spent more than $683,000 on 'various women' and almost $400,000 on 'clothing and accessories' It also alleges that he spent $188,000 on 'adult entertainment' throughout that period.
Sorry for partying
