So hank is parroting the official "misunderstanding" line from the crackheads lawyers and calling the clerk of court a liar. That seems about right for this middle of the road libertarian

Well, one of us is lying, Fester.

Please link the post in which you contend I said this. It should be a challenge for you, since I said exactly the opposite.

Don’t be a pussy. Post the link.

Not sure what you mean. That post does not say the clerk is lying. As I have said a dozen times or more, I think it most likely that there was a disconnect in the communications between clerk one and clerk two. It happens.

Of course that’s what you think happened. You ALWAYS give the benefit of the doubt to the groomers.

Now some random Latham staff lawyer is a “groomer?”

Good Lord.

Still refusing to provide those links, I see.

Be honest, if such is possible. If you are calling a court and pretending to be someone else, do you give your real name and allow them to see your caller ID? Or do you use a fake name and key *67? Again, be honest if you can.

Did the FBI agents that lied to the FISA court use their real names? When you know you have sycophants that will defend you no matter what, you get bold.

Yes. This is correct (both me saying it and the legal implications/interpretations)

Are we still pretending that the slimy arse lawyers (and DOJ) that tried to sneak felony immunity on pending investigations past this judge on a tax misdemeanor plea is above lying? The lawyers that represent known, verified liars? the legal team working with a DOJ that lies to us every single day? And we are doing so by accusing some poor, unknown schlepp from the clerk's office of lying about something she'd have zero reason to lie about?

Is that what we are doing?

I believe that is what some of the unethical, brazen "lawyers" among us are doing, yes.

For the 612th time, I have NOT asserted that the clerk is “lying.”. Why do you people continue to misrepresent what I have said?

you hate Joe Biden, so you hate Hunter Biden, so (apparently) you hate any lawyer who would represent Hunter Biden in a criminal prosecution. Personally, I think that’s a little weird, but let’s set that aside.

you people seem to be perfectly willing to accept that this Latham staff attorney lied to court personnel. Not just that she lied, but that she did so without even bothering to try to hard on the lie. You think that is perfectly reasonable, probably due to “deep state“ or somesuch.. I do not.

Do you believe she informed the clerk that she worked with Theodore Kittila or do you believe the clerk is lying?

Neither. given all of the facts surrounding this set of communications, I think that the most reasonable interpretation is that she identified herself as having been with Latham, she mentioned a pleading filed by Kitilla, and there was a subsequent miscommunication between the two clerks.

either that or an 18 year lawyer with one of the largest firms in this country used her real name and never thought to hit *67 when initiating a telephone call in which she intended to defraud the court.
