I bet he wishes they would have made that glaringly sweetheart no punishment plea deal the DOJ and his attorneys together worked up to have had a little more punishment now.

They just said on the radio he’s facing 25 years. Will never happen though. You or I would be facing 25 years. But being that his last name is Biden, he’ll probably have to do 2 hours of community service and then have his record expunged.

Now it's time to indict the Big Guy.

I was sure it would be jury nullification. Oh well, integrity prevails.
Now the question is do we want a guy with no previous felony record to go away for lying on a form for a right he should have anyhow?

Hunter, James, and Joey have far worse criminal issues but the "State" was offered the gun crime of Hunter's to provide a balanced setting for the populace.
For those who listen or watch MSM (Lying media), please note the exact messaging that they will convey and how they will all attempt to make it relative to POTUS Trump's "guilt".

The jury will nullify what should be an easy 5 minute conviction. The jury are his peeps. A guilty verdict would indicate jury integrity, and that's not happening in Biden's back yard.
Uh, what?
