At least you admit they’re flooding those countries. They should just keep their disgusting way of life in their own places. Much like those people moving to the south from out west

What white Muslims are invading Eastern Europe? Also, how do you know what religion these people are? Are you basing it off country of origin, from non-white countries?

Péter Magyar's Tisza Party platform ("A Functioning and Humane Hungary") prioritizes anti-corruption reforms to restore rule of law, unlock €18-20B in frozen EU funds, and invest in healthcare, education, infrastructure, and small businesses.

It calls for stronger EU/NATO ties, euro adoption by 2030, tax cuts for low earners, doubled family allowances, and pension boosts. On foreign policy: end Russian energy dependence by 2035 with pragmatic Moscow ties; keep border fence and reject EU migration quotas; oppose arms to Ukraine or fast-track EU entry. Term limits for PMs are also proposed.

It's actually a presupposition giving his argument the benefit of the doubt so that he can work himself out of this hole he dug

They swallowed the same lie the media told about Trump. i.e. That he's in cahoots with Russia.

Orban kept Hungary reliant on Russia for oil and natural gas since his 2nd time gaining power. He kept alternative pipelines from being built for both oil and natural gas to have more than 1 source. Politicallly that is stupid AF, or it means you get paid a shitton under the table from Putin.

These two things are not compatible.

Integration, trade, free movement of people and capital, easy access to markets, streamlined regulations, fairly lenient loan terms, and on and on and on. It is a political and economic union which aims to integrate European economies. Hungary joined the organization willingly and agreed to its terms, changing its government significantly in the process.

I've asked this before in this thread, but why didn't Orban leave the EU when he had ample opportunity?

Looks like he knew his people didn't want to leave it.

If they aren't going to accept more third world migrants, they're going to have to leave eventually. There will be no other choice.

Several countries have said they will not follow the immigrant quotas, it is possible to do that.

None of this matters if they have to take in Muslim immigrants.

Absolutely none of it.

Would literally erase any imagined benefits.

No not really. European demographics are going to crater without migration. Orban, to his credit, did try a strategy of giving people money directly in order to encourage larger families (through a low-interest loan) but that was not ultimately successful in raising the birth rate.

That said, the economic benefits of migration, in a situation where you have cratering demographics, isn't to suggest there might be issues socially. But again, governments generally don't care. Why would they?
