Lot has changed since Stitt took office. I view his leadership as positive overall. I hope the next governor gets rid of state income tax and boots out all the free loaders.
Right there with you. We have a budget surplus now every year and are making a killing from taxes on legally owned and operated weed operations.
Boot all the freeloading entitlement recipients that just plain refuse to work, boot the illegals (especially the Chinese) and those that are burdening our welfare system, and we would see that budget surplus multiply manyfold, which would result in incredible wage growth and greater State prosperity.
I don't think Stitt has been perfect. But I say he's been good.

Either party will be pretty close to the same old stuff in LA if you vote for an establishment D or R. They really are almost the same politicians.
If you voted for Landry last election this is exactly what you should have expected. We had a few decent Rs running and he didn't even need a run-off.
I guess we got Constitutional Carry at least.

Sounds like Brian Kemp - GA.
Other than kemp covering up election theft and his daughter’s boyfriend assassination? Or him being bought by the WEF? Other than that, yeah, they are similar.

Landry gets an F
As in F U to all you posters who shoved him down our throats because you wanted to own the libs
JBE would get a grade of H.
Louisiana just can’t have nice things.

DeSantis as gov is A for sure
As my "main" governor, I couldn't be happier with Desantis and Florida's outlook/future. He's paved the way when it comes to showing conservative state governments how to effectively govern with common sense, while not overstepping too many boundaries that become draconian and choke out innovation and growth.
My "second" governor, Sarah Huckabee-Sanders, hasn't done anything earth shattering or innovative but largely follows the trends set by Desantis and Trump and brings them to the state level. I really like her changes to the state's open carry laws
Overall I give Desantis an A-, he has to get better when it comes to communicating his ideas and principles and his persona. But those are small potatoes unless it comes to running a national election. We're just grading governors.
Sarah Huckabee-Sanders gets a B-. She hasn't done anything truly incredible or ground breaking and largely follows Trump's and Desantis/Kemp's lead, but she also hasn't done anything to slow down the state or impede any of the positives. The state could use some better incentives when it comes to investing new business, manufacturing, and corporations - which would put her in A territory.
