Need, no, want, heck yeah.

Unfortunately, the only thing free I ever get is bad advice.

Going to move to NJ, avoiding NYC income taxes, and take the train in and out of Manhattan solely to work.

Isn’t that like crawling out of the toilet to live in the sewage ditch? What is the difference? The number one voting issue in NJ I saw today was taxes.

Man, move out to the country. How the hell do y’all live in places like that? I’d go nuts. To each his own I guess.

NY is the heart of the American tech and financial sectors whether you want to admit it or not. Its downfall will have an effect across the nation.

Wrong on several accounts. Silicon Valley is the primary Tech hub, though Tech is well diversified, And remember money moves. Its not stuck in NYC. It will move in the paths of least resistance as it always has, probably Dallas, Atlanta, and Charlotte.

The downfall of NYC will be much quicker than anyone expects.

Mamdani will win, and the money will leave. All the worthless fricks who want free shite will move in. Like every single example I. The history of the world of communism/socialism, NYC will fall into extreme poverty and violence. They earned it. Stop going to other states and fricking them up too!

It's always a good day to celebrate that I don't live in NYC and am completely unaffected by their politics.

Well, if it ends up like East Berlin with the contrast of West Berlin, hard to ignore that.

My concern is that the next Dem president will use Fed dollars to bail out their failed city and prevent a full collapse.

So you will celebrate a commie win in the same manner that celebrated Charlie Kirk’s assassination?
