Roberts will push 5-4 in the Dems favor. He will use the justification this is a political matter not appropriate for the court .

They will rule to release and the US Atty ofc will leak it. The MSM will gladly pour over it and report only the negatives.

Not only creepy Joe, but the rest of the elected officials will then have their asses in a sling if that is the precedent that’s set. Would LOVE to see this happen on one side of the coin.

Has anyone checked out Biden’s Tax records on his website. $11mill in 2017 after leaving office and $4.5 mill in 2018. Politics is good for the pocketbook.
