You're confusing crappy policing and bad law for racism.
Breonna Taylor wasn't unjustly/recklessly killed because she was black. She was unjustly/recklessly killed because of no-knock warrants and overly aggressive policing.
There is no evidence this killing was racially motivated, and there are more than a dozen similar cases from across the country involving victims of all races.
Well the problem is with the damn DEPARTMENT. Because on the OFFICIAL Incident Report, the cops put NO INJURIES SUSTAINED. How in the Hell can you shoot someone 8 damn times and write in a report, NO INJURIES SUSTAINED.
I don't give a damn what color a cop is. If he/she is dirty call their arse out.

He was taking away criminals' freedoms, you think all those excessive force complaints were legitimate?
When you have over 25 complaints against you, I would say that majority of them would be legit. And it played itself out because guess what he did, USED EXCESSIVE FORCE TO KILL. So I would say the people were right in their complaints. He did get FIRED from the Department though. Again, the people were RIGHT.

Get in the back of the cop car when cuffed. Don’t pass out drunk in a drive through line.
If you are caught passed out drunk, say my bad and recognize that you have to go to jail and take responsibility for your actions.
Don’t grab a police officers weapons.
I’d start there and tweak as needed.

So cops always wrong. Watch video , maybe cops need
to get shot before using force
Never said they were always wrong. My point being is the cops had other means of not letting him drive away.
(1) The cops had the discretion to have him call someone to come give him a ride home.
(2) The cops had the discretion to GIVE HIM A RIDE HOME.
I mean, on the damn UNITS the cops ride around in are the words Protect and SERVE.
But hey, what do I know.

So we can drink, drive, and assault police officers so long as it's on one of our children's birthday?

If true, he was sentenced to 7 years in 2014. Your're right, maybe he hasn't been arrested since 2014 because he has been incarcerated since then.
Not according to your graphic. Says his sentence was 1 year. That puts us at 2015.
So I'll rephrase - so his last conviction was in 2014 w/sentence ended in 2015?

Zero personal responsibility. It’s maddening.

Atlanta has endured several high-profile "drunk driver" deaths over the past couple of years ... along with the resulting media-frenzy
It's no surprise they wouldn't just give a Dooey-suspect a free ride home .... damned if you do, damned if ya' don't ...

He had 25 complaints and was keep on the force on a democrat run city. Either they got the police they want or they are guilty of malfeasance.
