If the US, Russia or China deploy a nuclear weapon of any kind anywhere, the world will be destroyed within hours. There is no possibly in anyway of surviving. The entire world will be decimated and nuclear fallout will kill the rest of all human life earth within weeks/months.
Any talk of strategic nuke deployment is worthless because there is chance for human survival. Period.
