Pretty conservative but probably not as conservative as you'd think being Alabama.

I saw more Hillary/Bernie shite in Alabama than I did in Georgia (outside of the Atlanta metro area) during the last election season.

Pretty sure it's 99 and 44/100% conservative - it's still a dry country. Longest line to vote was Obama's 1st election, it was combined with wet/dry initiative and every pastor turned out the church vote. Of course not many houses to the mile and some days I'll never even pass a stop light (traffic signal).

I'm in Portland and surrounded by blue.

I don't talk about politics. The word Republican is a vile word no matter how good of a person you are right now. I'm borderline gonna smack someone with the shite I hear.

Id say a majority of people in my town who are not military dont even vote. There is a huge Trump sign when you enter town but most the town is on public assistance, illegals or felons. I using the town and not neighborhood bc i live on base and the actual town is maybe 5 miles to drive through if that.

I live in the reddist corner of the reddist parish in a red state. I would say 95% are MAGA.

My sample is small because 1 mile west of me is water and the other 3 directions are heavily forested. But with the approximately 100 people within the circle:

Racially: 99 whites, 1 Asian, zero blacks, zero Mexicans.

90 GOP; 5 Dem; 5 Libertarian

According to precinct votes, I'd say my little berg is 2-1 Republican in the way they vote. However, many people registered as Dems so they can vote in local elections. We have some local offices where only Dems run unopposed by indies and Repbs.

Should have been there 40 years ago.
Madison was the model for all the new country songs.
We had it made, but somebody bragged too much.

A good mix. A one mile radius is basically my subdivision. There was only one Trump sign in the neighborhood with a few Johnson signs and a lot of Hillary signs for the last election and I live a mile and a half back. It's a diverse middle class neighborhood with mostly educated professionals and soccer moms. I suspect that a lot of people ended up voting for Trump but they weren't outspoken in their support.

Most of my neighborhood would be conservatives but we have a few rentals close by that are likely democrats.

I live in Forsyth County, GA, known locally as a wealthy red neck county. Very conservative for the most part. Same is true for my hood.

My neighborhood has a lot of state workers and commercial fishermen.

Fishermen are moderate in a lot of ways but tend to vote Democrat because they like heavy regulation that prevents competition. It's damn near impossible to break into the industry now.

I live a ways out in the country so I don't have many neighbors but I'd say it's pretty conservative.
However, it is also a large college town so not as conservative as it would be in other parts of the state.
