Uhh

The first time they elected him over the only person they hate more than him

That’s it. That’s the only time.

You can hard pass all you’d like. Your brand of Republicanism hasn’t won anything since 2004. Why do I sign up for it?

Are the two sides Jeb! and Trump?

What about a DeSantis side? Or a Scalise side? Or other competent conservatives?

You Trump haters have some real daddy issues. The funny part is, if not for Trump, we'd have some of you sucking Mitt's c**k, some of you sucking Rand Paul's c**k, some of you sucking BDR's c**k, some of you sucking Nikki Haley's c**k...

In other words, you guys have all kinds of complaints and ZERO solutions. Get on board or GTFO.

We need to elect hardline conservatives in deep red areas. We need to get behind solid, good candidates in the suburbs even if they aren’t pure MAGA. A 90% conservative voter is better than any democrat.

This cannot be understated. The lack of pragmatism in the MAGA candidate selection is staggering.

DeSantis is fine with me.

The Mcain/Romney wing of the party will fold up support for him with the first real media onslaught.

I refer you to the previous statement. Why hasn’t the GOPe done a better job since 2004? What have they done, in fact?

They're only had 1 realistic opportunity (for President) and Trump ended up with the nomination.

2008 was following an unpopular 2-term GOP President. That was going DEM without the biggest scandal since the Civil War

2012 was a very popular incumbent DEM. Almost impossible to overcome

2016 was Trump

2020 was Trump

Congress has gone back and forth relatively standard at midterms and what not. Nothing too out of the ordinary for historical purposes.

Its a cult. You'll never convince.

You can belittle people that see a man that actually has American interests at heart and will do all it takes to HELP those interests ALL you want. We have seen behind the veil, bud. Once you see it, you can never unsee how important the opportunity is to elect a NON politician that isn't owned by special interests, 3 letter agencies, foreign interests, blackmail, corruption etc.... he's the ONLY one that fits that mold, yet people like you will shill for lifelong politicians.

Imagine ALL he accomplished in 4 years with BOTH SIDES working against him. Imagine if we ALL were capable of understanding the logical connection that when ALL of DC wants a guy out, you should want him in?

Outsiders that love America for life. We STILL have a chance to do it again, too.

Who’s running on this in DC right now?

It’s not McConnell. It’s not McCarthy.

I’d agree Trump is a poor ideological representative of the economic side of Conservatism. He’s no representative of it, in fact. But I’m not sure that there’s 10 Republicans on the Hill who currently are.

So the country is relatively unchanged in political outcomes since 2004, given what you’re positing.

Not anyone I can vote for.

So I'll wait for a candidate that supports my beliefs instead of continually voting further away from my principles.

Like voting for a rube who wants toban birth control

Can you point to ONE candidate who has run in an actual election on being MORE conservative than Trump? Who? Where?

The Dems will internally fight but come election day, they will pull the lever for the D on the ballot. Doesn't matter if the candidate is "their" style of Democrat.

Republicns cannot understand this.

Republicans inabilitty to get in line behind the nomimee / first place GOPer has cost us 2 governor's races in LA and it's now costing elections in other states.
