This has got to be a parody.
This board says the left controls institutions, academia, the CIA/FBI, corporations, elites and therefore could not be described as weak. Heck, even 43% of veterans voted for Biden and I suspect a similar percentage serving did so.
Even major weapon manufacturers like Boeing and Raytheon largely donated to Biden in 2020. I'm not sure the left is as weak as you seem to be suggesting.

the country is in too much debt to split. nato and/or u.n. forces would quickly involved with any overt insurgency movement. but we'll assuredly see another series of destructive lib led crime sprees/protests due to the horrible economy. more and more people moving rural and trying to get as independent from the rot as possible. if the level of civil agitation gets too hot they'll just release another biological weapon....it's a horrible situation.

“Surgical operator sh#^”. There it is. A localized hurricane and lights out red lines the civil society in Urban areas. To the degree that normal society is civil. Co-ordinated or even copycat attacks on basic goods and services infrastructure could send the population into a meltdown. Honestly a handful of committed “Operators” who know their trade could flip the boat over. They teach Special Forces how to cripple a target Nation. Just a matter of them going rogue. We may feel invincible but we are more vulnerable than many primitive cultures due to the extreme complexity of our basic goods and services mechanisms. Operating a Bulldozer gives one a real sense of power, until a wire comes loose.

If anything were to ever happen it would a war of ideologies framed as a race war by the left. It would mostly be riots but if it were to ever involve the military it would have to start with some parts of the military coming together to openly defy federal orders. I could see another stolen election, a stacked Supreme Court, economic collapse worse than we've seen, and finally a mandatory gun confiscation that local law enforcement refuse to act on, which causes a standoff and so on and so on. It only gets real with battalions lead by their commanders defy federal orders in the name of the constitution. Other than that, no. There won't be a civil war.

I think some states will seriously start considering secession soon. More people are coming to the realization that the ideological divide is too big to ever reconcile, the economic destruction and tyranny will erase any benefit from staying in the union.
