That may be a problem depending on exactly how the Russian hack information was presented to him in that first daily briefing. If I read what Fox reported correctly, that first report contained the information regarding Russia's attempts being essentially feckless and said they had no real impact on the election. We should stay away from charging American presidents no matter the party no matter the crime. Essentially every American president is a war criminal. They all they all extra judiciously kill people or have them killed.
