In Alabama, probably never. Red state that has republicans on the Public Service Commission. We produce a surplus, so maybe we could shut off sending electricity to other states if they try that crap.

Mmm huh...and when those steel towers that support high power transmission lines, or local wood poles start falling in the night...just what they hell are they gonna do then. As there won't be any power to cut off.

Anybody that believes you can herd cats - cats with big claws - had better rethink their strategy. Might want to try telling the WHOLE TRUTH and not cheating in big time elections.
