his main problem is the charged entities didn’t exist at the time of the alleged crimes coupled with the fact the charges are completely made up. Other than that going pretty well

Last I heard, the Judge allowed the Defense motion requiring the Prosecution to present evidence that the charges are actually crimes.

Was there a deadline for this? That’s what I remember. They actually showed up and fought back.

Honest Bob brought the charges assuming they would never show up so the media could point and say “OMG collusion the Russians meddled here’s proof!!!”

When they showed up to court it all unraveled with the quickness

They’re working out a way to charge Trump with obstruction of justice for this ploy.

Boris and Natasha still locked in the Trump Towers; soon Natasha will throw down her Rumpelstiltskin hair and they will escape before honest bob finds out.

I heard that he was ready to present his findings that Trump did it in the Conservatory with the candlestick.

The firm’s motion to dismiss the charges was recently denied.

Of course it was. The defense was trying to get any evidence of the alleged crimes produced. Why hasn’t Mueller produced the evidence to the defendants?

I’m not a part of the S.C. so I don’t know that answer.

I just gave the OP the update he asked for.

How common is It to not produce any evidence to a defendant or the court? Have you EVER seen it before?

Even the Politico article says S.C. may end dismissing them instead of giving them the evidence

I think there is a November 28th deadline to update the Court on the status, so we may know more then.

They’re going to end up dropping those charges to not turn over documents. It’s in the article posted and even he can’t spin that stuff.

I have limited federal criminal court experience, but no. I can imagine national security/ espionage situations where the government would want to protect the source of the evidence against the accused.

The rumbling is Mueller doesn’t want to turn the evidence over because “sources and methods” but who knows.

I think we’ll know more after the 28th.

I hope so. I want to know why he would indict them if he knew he wouldn’t/couldn’t produce the evidence.
