How is Rudy Giuliani dealing with foreign governments?

Isn't he just Trumps personal attorney?

Not sure if that has been common practice in the past, but I had a similar question.

He answered this last night during his meltdown. Basically said he and Trump can’t trust DOJ/FBI so had to do it themselves.

Same question. I also don’t know if this is common practice. He’s not a government employee or official. He is a private citizen working from Trump in Trumps capacity as a private citizen. That’s different than say White House counsel.
ETA: I guess he could be considered like a “ special envoy” or something of that nature?

What do you mean how? In what capacity?

He was asked by the State Department to look into this, he had the phone records. I don’t think anyone trusts the FBI

Trump is the Head of the Executive Branch. He can hire or fire anyone he wants. Rudy works at the pleasure of the President.

He explained it on Ingram last’s night. The information that he and Manafort were tied to Russia has ties to Ukraine. So in Defense of Trump legally, Rudy was trying to find out what was going on with it. Something along those lines.

Hopefully, he is just getting along with them, bringing beer to the campfire and picking and singing Simple Man on a nice Martin. Then let them tell you about their problems. That's how you get to be a friend.
There is a different type of person, who also seems to be popular now. That's the one, that likes to put you on the spot.
slow down and think about stuff.
Random? Not really.

I can't go to another country and interview Government Officials? Where is this in our Constitution? Are we Free Men or are we servants to Der Stat? I know you love Der Stat, so no answer necessary.

He went there to defend Trump against some dirt the Dems were trying to pin on Trump. Then all of the Democrat/Biden corruption fell into Rudy’s lap during his investigation. He connected his initial actions in defending Trump straight back to the Democrats and Biden.

Giuliani is Trumps version of Valerie Jarrett in that he is acting as an extension of the President, but was never confirmed by the Senate

Since the O Admin Ukraine has been trying to get the Info to us concerning corruption from the Dems and Biden. This is nothing new. The impasse has been from the former Ambassador and the FBI in Ukraine which now has been broken and the Info is flowing.

Valerie Jarret was not O's personal attorney. That said, the question still stands in that an American Citizen cannot go to another country to ask questions and get info about a potential crime in whatever capacity?
Welcome to the New World Order.

I get that. But he works for the President as a personal attorney.
He works for Donald Trump the man. Not Donald Trump the POTUS.
I'm sure it's all perfectly legal. I'm just curious how a personal attorney is negotiating with a foreign government.

Look here, if Moochelle Obama could have a staff of what, 50 people, to do her bidding for God knows what useless bullshite (or any first lady for that matter) then Trump can have a personal attorney doing his bidding.

We didn't like it when John Kerry was negotiating with Iran.
