Starting at construction sites is a good way to weed out illegals.

I’d rather have a crew of hard working Mexicans replacing my roof than a bunch of ex-con meth heads.

O rly? Well I’m coming forward to state that he did not build any business on cheap illegal labor. Complete opposite of what you just said.

But I would welcome any credible evidence to the contrary, that would prove you right.

The part where he says his business may not be able to continue if he can't employ illegals anymore:

He even said it would probably put him out of business because there is no were close to enough qualified labor in the area to backfill.

Ok I welcome any credible evidence of your assertion as well. Find a credible source highlighting this claim and information.

A primary reason why I don’t find the claim very credible is because particularly where Trump operated in real estate and building was/is in places where unions and perhaps other very questionable organizations/groups don’t have much tolerance for blowing off their people and stuff.

But neither should it be interpreted that I’m asserting that Trump has never had any illegal labor on any job. That would be a knowingly asinine assertion. I’m simply stating that overall it was more likely the exception than the rule.

I posted it from the OP. I don't know OP's friend. Do you? That's all we have to go on and in it they admitted their business would fail without employing illegals.

Oh for fricks sake, I had it in my mind that we were talking about Trump. Damn my bad, B. Maybe now I then agree with you but a little skittish to pull the trigger on it. Let me sleep on it.

I’d like to see as many as possible to be deported.

Perhaps in tranches as to not disrupt the labor supply

No illegal families allowed to return

any migrant military aged male not from a EU Country, South Korea, Japan, Australia or New Zealand must have an ankle bracelet on them at all time. They are not allowed to procreate or get married while as a guest worker. Every year they are required to go back to their country and re-apply.

Not allowed to drive outside of to and from work

Make it like Qatar where they have no rights and can only exist to send money back to their families

I think the Democrat lawyers will file suits on friendly courts and get them to issue restraining orders. It will not happen because they will have to let the hearings happen before deportation can happen. It’s not going to be as easy as everyone thinks.

You’re right, but the Democrats have already apparently proven you don’t have to follow court orders

That sounds funny but I hope it's not as simple as that.

I worked with a South American Immigrant that is now a US Citizen. It took him and his wife 16 years before they pledge alegience and officially became US Citizens.

He said it was hard as hell and is very proud to have done things the right way.

I never asked about his stance on open borders because he made it clear enough it can be done, and seems very proud he and his wife...now with 3 kids...did it right.

It might not should take 16 years for those doing the right thing. That's fricking crazy. He' a very good technician and get's calls from American born tech's that ask for assistance.

This is how it shoudl be. (maybe not 16 yrs) but... He's a quality addition to our country. .............. imho

I think his first priority is to close the border to stop the influx, then going after the criminals who either was a criminal in another country or convicted of a crime.

I don’t think he is going to go after the landscaper or construction worker with a family unit. He wants hard working law abiding migrants.

Then he will revamp the Immigration process. An immigration attorney told me it’s a complete mess with his clients having to wait years for a court date. That’s ridiculous. Hopefully Trump hires a ton of immigration workers to help those get a work visa, permanent resident status, and become a citizen.

I'll not reply to your built-in assumptions. I think we eliminate the 5-10 year flood of illegals brought here by NGO's to influence our political system. That should especially be the case with traffickers, drug runners, and terrorists (sounds practical right?).

Now, let's say a year later, we look to unwind the chain migration, anchor baby, and dreamer operations. I think we take a different and more methodical approach. My hope is that we negotiate with their countries of origin to place them in a "safer" environment by negotiating new industries where they can earn an honest living in their country of origin--as a generality. This is an assumption that we starve the cartel environment that caused them to flee in the first place. A good example might be El Salvador where the majority of cabal crime was removed from the streets to make the country of origin more livable. If safe industry keeps the migrants in their positions, the country of origins win, and so do we as a trade partner.

He did say he was starting to get nervous how far might push the deportation issue as it could totally collapse the entire construction industry in our area and would 2x labor costs overnight if everything plays out to its fullest extent.

He's hiring illegal immigrants instead of American citizens and should be prosecuted.

Sorry not sorry.

These are the people that are complicit in the creation of our invasion crisis.
