Operatives started finding the docs as Biden’s handlers are done with him.
I suspect that these docs are some combination of docs Biden originally took and others that were planted for purposes of disposing of Biden.

Thats why Hilary and the DNC always use lawyers to commit their criminal acts. They hide behind confidentiality.

Only the criminally corrupt side of the political aisle is allowed to utilize attorney/client privilege.
It is often denied or stripped from djt.

He probably didn’t have any. They’re going to set precedent with one guy and apply it to the other guy who didn’t have anything either.

Also suspicious that his attorneys are the ones finding them all
Is it normal for someone to have attorneys just snooping around their house while they aren't there?

Your suspicions are correct.
All we currently know about the situation is what Biden lawyers tell us. Did the MSM suddenly become evenhanded in reporting the news?
Now, they're quickly appointing a special counsel, which will be used to pressure Biden to announce he won't be seeking a second term.
Sometime after the announcement, the conclusion of the SC will be finding no evidence that any "prosecutor would resonably pursue". Biden will be allowed quietly live out his days as a reward for his subservience to the DS/LWO.
Not a smidgen!

How does one simply start accidentally finding multiple caches of classified documents?
What really happened in Biden’s case? We do not know, and many people are eager to grasp the wildest conspiracy theory available. But if we remove the tinfoil hats and look at the matter objectively, it is not difficult to posit the most likely scenario.
His people are looking for something completely unrelated, and they stumble across classified documents. This is the “oh shite“ moment. There are two possible responses. Try to hide it, or address it. Obviously, he chose to address it.
How does one do that? First, one turns over the documents that one has found. Second, one starts research to determine whether other documents of a similar nature are in one’s possession. Apparently, he has done that as well.
Why is he using LAWYERS?!?!? Because he has the resources to use lawyers. I suppose he could use the maid and the gardener, but they are not really trained for the task.
Somewhere, a group of second and third year lawyers are sitting at folding tables and looking at every piece of paper in these buildings. It is boring, boring, boring work. Trust me, as a baby lawyer I got stuck with similar duty, though I was looking for “privilege” rather than “classified.“
To be clear, I don’t think that Trump did anything nefarious re classified documents, and I don’t think that Biden did anything nefarious re same. When moving out, they simply had their staffs throw a bunch of crap in a box. The staff didn’t notice that some of it was classified. It happens. I rather doubt that any of it had to do with nuclear codes. The government “classifies“ for more material than is necessary.

They'll get Joe to go all radical in one thing or another and then put him out to pasture.
The more Joe is cornered, the more unhinged he becomes. Look for him to start having tantrums about MAGA/Trump and trying to talk tough. IOW, he'll go full-on Abe Simpson.

Him accidentally throwing a couple of boxes in his garage after moving out? That could happen...
Him accidentally storing a bunch of documents at his U of Penn think tank org? That seems less likely...

The mainstream media will then get on board and try to pressure Republicans to stop all congressional investigations in the name of saving the Republic and "moving on."
Don’t you mean, “Saving our democracy?”
And yes, this doesn’t pass the smell test. Everyone has covered for Biden’s every gaffe and mistake; every shady piece of information has been neatly disposed of and/or written off as conspiracy theory.
So, now we are supposed to believe that he is guilty of something and that DC and the media are honest and evenhanded?
Maybe it is to pressure him to not run in ‘24? Maybe he was supposed to step down gracefully and has refused to do so? Maybe Dr Jill likes playing First Lady and doesn’t want to stop? Maybe his mental status has finally become too much of a liability?
I don’t know what it is, but, if the media and DC are both making this public, then the call has been made- Biden will be out. And soon.
God help us if Harris gets in the Oval Office.
Not that it matters to the Dems, but I’ve read somewhere that her birth certificate would make her ineligible for POTUS. Has anyone ever heard that?

He is surviving this. Democrats are like cockroaches.
Swalwell fricked a chines spy. He is still alive and employed by our tax dollars.

Since when do lawyers work as a moving team? You hire movers to go move around boxes, not lawyers.

Look I hate Swalwell with a passion, but he dated the spy while he was on the city council of Dublin, California. He can't hold a candle to Biden.

Again...before any of this classified information was known to be in his domicile (lol if you actually believe that) what exactly would the attorneys be looking for?
I'm trying to concoct some scenario in my head where he would need attorneys snooping around his house looking for documents. And I can't think of a scenario that would be completely above board.
Something about this whole thing doesn't add up

They are not clever at all. They have a media to cover for their stupidity and harangue any democrat not toeing the agenda.

Not really that hard to imagine...
Conversation probably went like this:
Admin 1: "Boy we are hammering Trump with these classified docs..."
Admin 2: "Yeah good thing Biden was smart enough to have everything cleaned up if he took anything..."
Admin 1: "Uh, yeah, we better call someone..."

To what do you attribute the MSM suddenly reporting potentially unfavorable news concerning Biden when they've not touched his son's laptop or his shady dealings in Ukraine?
Why do you think the news about the docs was suppressed until after the mid-terms?
Also, your opinion on the uneven reaction in the media concerning the Biden doc story and the Trump doc story.
