Does comparing two things indicate that the two things are "exactly the same?"

You think the right has an outright hate for this country? That is clearly the left. And I also blame the left for many of the conspiracy theories after having the left control the press, social media and the internet too push their agenda and push outright lies as fact and saying that covid didn't escape from a lab, that the laptop was disinformation and that trump was was a Russian agent.

many on the right have a dislike and distrust for government and policy, especially foreign policy, which manifests itself in conspiracies. Whether that also means the right hates this country, I do not know. If they do, they certainly hate it in a different way the far left hates our country.

Please provide a detailed history of the banning of books in the US over the past 10 years. I want to see the work. The exact mechanisms used to ban books. The definition of banning books. The players involved. Thank you.

I was onboard with Trump during the 2016 election. Then I saw who he really was and that he was just another slimy politician in it for himself and nothing else so no longer supported him. And as I came to my senses about the guy the cult doubled down. I think in reality they saw it too but crushed them so put it all out of mind and started LARPing about conspiracies and such to compensate

What a lazy analysis of things. And even if there is some truth to what you say, we don't have much choice at this point.

"I can't spare this man... he fights!" - Abe Lincoln on Gen. Grant also applies to us today and Trump. He's not perfect, but he's all we've got and boy do the left and the deep state HATE him. That means a lot to me.

How ignorant are you?

Trump's campaign manager was a Russian government lobbyist. He was in regular communication with an officer in Russian intelligence.

Those are facts that you and dumbass lemmings of your ilk ignore because you are too stupid too think for yourselves.

You fell for the MSM picture of him. Now search. Search the non-MSM picture of him from other countries media thinks of him. You'll find a different result. The world is waiting for Trump to cleanse the corruption, because we are the superpower, an only a small group within our ranks can fix the problem. Just do a google search or two of Trump fans in other countries. You might be surprised. And you calling him a slimy politician is quite laughable.

Oh my.

Texridder, do you know what a Threat Awareness and Defensive Security Briefing is? Because, if you do, you'll probably also be aware that Manafort's "transgressions" were soooo significant that Trump and his team received exactly ZERO TADSB's about it. ZERO!

Trump brought Manafort in as campaign chair after a lying reporter claimed Corey Lewandowski assaulted her. In the aftermath, Lewandowski was deemed ineffective and distracted. Meanwhile, Manafort's bonafides included a litany of upper level campaign work for Ford, Reagan, Bush, and Dole. PM volunteered to work for the Trump campaign for free. He held the campaign chair position < 2months.

On Aug 14th, the NYTimes ran a story entitled "Secret Ledger in Ukraine Lists Cash for Donald Trump’s Campaign Chief." It was a story spoon-fed to the NYT by the CIA. Kushner questioned Manafort about it. Manafort was evasive. Kuschner informed Trump that Manafort might not have been honest about some of his international dealings. Trump fired PM 3 days later, still w/o so much as a peep of security concern or briefing expressed to Team Trump about PM by the FBI

In the future, you'd be better served to solidify your argument, and STFU with regard to the derisive invectives.

It’s not a cult. Cults do everything their leaders instruct. Trump supporters are the least vaxxed people on Earth. Trump supporters make fun of Trump as much as anyone, light hearted in nature, but they make fun of him. Cults don’t make fun of cult leaders. Ever.

People don't understand. Trump tapped into us, not the other way around.

A lot of the MAGA energy came from what was the Tea Party. The Tea Party was co-opted by the establishment and lost its purpose and subsequently, its momentum.

The original intent of the Tea Party was to go the back to founding principles of smaller government and lower taxes. What we found out is that while Republicans talk about those principals, they don't mean them. The corruption and control at the highest level of government has rigged the system so they are protected from us.

The next logical thing is to get rid of the corruption so we can get people into our government who will fight for the people. We can't really do anything at the ballot box because the candidates are filtered by the parties and we generally are choosing between two establishment lackeys. Even when we do get honest and independent people into office, they never get into positions of power within the party. You almost have to assume that whoever is the leader of the House or Senate is already corrupted and beholden to the party donors, not their constituents. Where do you find a patriot who has the power to take on the establishment?

Enter Donald Trump. He sees what we see and whether you like him, or not, he doesn't like the way our government is run. He is exposing issues within our government, by showing it to us, and we can see the establishment circling the wagons. Even if he is not successful in draining the swamp, he is opening the eyes of more and more people to allow them to see the swamp corruption for what it.

Now, more than ever, we don't trust people in our government. You can see the some people panicking over this. Their over-the-top narratives of Trump destroying Democracy and being a Nazi are too much. Prosecuting the top dog in the 2024 election for trivial crimes is too much. They are exposing themselves. That's at least a start in the right direction.

That Antifa Letter spells it all out. The Constitution as viewed by the ideological Left is seen as a selfish’ ideology which protects the most powerful (intelligent/talented and psychologically capable) individuals from the group confiscation (aka and via Democracy) of the fruits of their labors. In effect a Middle Class is created as well as a de facto Lower Class. The current division and increasing hatred is based on the subjective and perceived morality of the above and opposing ideologies. For the Lower Class their struggle in life is about providing life’s basics and for the Middle Class it’s about enjoying the relative affluence that had long been enjoyed by only the Ruling Class. It’s all about the kind of system which allocates survival and relative prosperity. Merit based on personal contribution via the Capitalist system (think Hunter Biden) or moral-based ‘equality’ based on Marxist ideology. The weak in an unequal society will always envy the power of the strong. Unless the spiritual power (perception and feeling) of the ‘weak’ is of a better spiritual quality than that of the more affluent and powerful. Wisdom and spiritual vision being key. Therein the struggle. It may well be that High Tech can and surely will change the whole competitive dynamic as life’s basics become ubiquitous and the spiritual vision and feelings of freedom and happiness relegates competition for relative affluence to the dustbin of human endeavor. Something big is our near future, that is for sure.
