How did conservatives become so weak?

This isn't just a GOPe politicians problem. It is across the board in conservatives. Most conservatives I know do not like engaging in any sort of conflict and will avoid at all costs. My county voted Trump approximately 70%, however driving around in October, the yard signs were about Biden or BLM 7/10 the reverse. Is the weakness of our political leaders a result of our own weakness in electing them?

It’s not weakness, it’s decency. Decency will always lose to those who oppose it. You can’t fight evil without using evil and the right has not decided to be evil yet. One positive thing is that there is not more evil than a decent man that has abandoned his beliefs in order to protect his beliefs, that is an evil motherfricker!

Simple: the left organized a well funded army of society’s rejects who are pumped full of hate & propaganda & have nothing to lose. Conservatives aren’t prepared or have the will to put everything on the line for their beliefs

As far as leadership, the GOPe is simple uniparty and to expect them to fight the Dems is akin to asking them to fight themselves... That is where all the go along to get along sprang up from...
The weakness of our political leaders is directly related to who the party got behind to nominate and push through primaries... Conservatives' weakness has been putting up with it for this long...

Conservatives fought hard on social issues like gay marriage and drugs. This allowed the liberal media to paint them as bigots and crazy evangelists who didn't care about individual rights they disagreed with. All the while allowing fiscally/constitutionally conservative principles to be destroyed little by little.

Obviously that is just one small isolated indicator. I knew alot people who didn't want to put signs up out of fear, and we live in a low key suburban area. People told me I was crazy for hanging a Trump flag.

People on the right seem lazy and don’t want to try to fight back because their life may not be as comfortable or easy . We had more people want to shot up places/ people then organize and fight back in a more realistic way . We are apparently not at a breaking point for most republicans yet.

Their focus was pork. The left's focus was taking over institutions that influence thought. They and all their little sycophants in education and the entertainment world pushed the narrative that people are victims by default. They used this to create tribes who had been failed by America with the left as their only ally. They focused on children through public education, academia, entertainment and social media and we now have at least two generations who feel socialism is the future of our country. We spent decades mindlessly pulling the lever for globalist "lesser evils" while the left solidified their move to radicalism and the "center" got re-defined as what used to be called liberal. We played the game by their rules and we lost. Donald Trump's election was basically a healthy portion of the country waking up and realizing it. Now I think we need to give up immediate concerns about "conservative versus liberal" and focus on America versus globalist state because if there's a fight left to have, that's it. It's why anything tied to Trump will continue to be described as "dangerous", "white supremacist", "alt right" and any other names Pravda can create to scare the less politically knowledgable away.

Possibilities:
1. Actually have something to lose.
2. Most all people just want to live their life in peace, and will act in a way that makes that easiest.
3. The mob is currently emboldened, have the power of the media and social media, and tend to be younger.
