How bad will Stacy Abrams' response be?

I've never really seen her talk, but this spotlight has made idiots out of smarter and far more charismatic people than her.
Its almost like the response to the SOTU is cursed and whoever gives it is doomed to irrelevance and ridicule.
The bar is super low - do you think that she will clear it and avoid becoming a national meme like Jindal, Rubio, that KY governor, or Bukkake Joe?

Well she probably won't look like she has jizz on her lips so overall, it'll probably be an improvement for the Dems.

The rebuttals always fail. There really isn't even a point to them other than to muddy the waters. Create sacrificial lambs in your party but detract from the Stat of the Union's talking points, has to be the known goal. Not sure why Stacy Abrams would agree to this, but I guess she's got nothing to lose.

Jindal's was terrible but the most surprising was how awful Rubio was. How is that even possible? He's reasonably charismatic and somehow even he was a sweaty, nervous wreck.
Kennedy and the KY governor weren't terrible on their delivery but their staging and producer failed them.

It is a surprising choice, that’s for sure. But I’ve never seen or heard her speak either. There will also be another rebuttal in Spanish. I don’t typically watch these kinds of speeches, but the rebuttal choices are definitely interesting.
