if it makes you feel better women aren't allowed in the men's grill at the little rock country club. back in the day women weren't allowed in the little rock club or the capital club, they could dine there but they couldn't be members.
unfortunately those clubs went extinct.

No they can’t. The civil rights act ended that

Not legally they can’t. They will say it’s any other reason but they will get sued to shite and back if they say you aren’t approved because you are a man

Legal Standing: In the U.S., true private clubs—defined by selective, member-governed processes—can legally restrict membership by gender, though some states have stricter anti-discrimination laws.

I thought private clubs were allowed to discriminate.
Think of Carnival, Comus is a very discriminating organization so discriminating it decided to not parade in order to stay discriminating.

SCOTUS has ruled previously that right of association also allows you to not associate with other people. They famously ruled that the Boy Scouts of America could keep it boys only. Then the BSA caved to pressure.

This is the most dumbassery response. This is why society is the way it is now. It's like knowing they are spying on us but saying "well I don't care, I have nothing to hide".

No the frick they can't.
They should be able to, but they can't.
Not since around 1964.

If it's a "club" with a "membership," that's correct.
The problem with a gym is that they may say they are a private club, but they are open to anyone who pays the membership fee. They have no other criteria than that.
So if it went to court they would probably lose.

The reality is 99.9% of people don’t give a shite. There are men’s clubs, gyms, etc. This thread is a waste of time and space.

Technically, it probably isn't "legal".
For normal people/men, this wouldn't be an issue.... because normal men wouldn't care if girls had their own gym.
But now days, with all the upside-down, insane, stupidity ya know some whacko will make a big deal about it.

yes they can and yes they do there 10 of them in little rock alone.
as some one already pointed out you had to look up if it was even a real thing and even existed.
obviously your mistaken, but in true poliboard fashion you're going out with guns blazing!
heck of a job brownie!

Who cares? I’d rather not have women in my gym.

Meh... I don't think thats 100%accurate.
Businesses cant deny services that violate "rights", but they can refuse service.

Actually, AI says I'm wrong across the board.
It basically says that courts have allowed these just because they feel like it.

When I used to work out I enjoyed seeing females in there. I just didn't make it super obvious that I was checking them out.
