Why are there no lawsuits or riots related to this obvious and very unfair advantage?

Because they are small states with small populations
They only have a few representatives. (3 or 4) compared to Tennessee with double the population.
I agree that maybe you could get 1 or 2 out of those states combined but this is not the big injustice you think it is.

These states have no Dem representation

At least half of those aren’t due to intentional gerrymandering though.

Alaska
Wyoming
Dakotas all have only 1 district

Montana Idaho have two districts

Oklahoma and WV had zero counties go blue in 2024. Zero. Not possible to draw a blue district

Utah and Nebraska had only two counties go blue. Both states have a potentially blue district near SLC and Lincoln/Omaha but they just didn’t vote D

The only states you mentioned that have an argument for gerrymandering around densely populated blue areas are Arkansas and Iowa

New England makes an easy argument for republicans, but outside of CT and MA the other states have 3 or fewer districts. With that said MA should at least have 1 or 2 republican districts out of their 9 if they really were so concerned about “fairness”. CT could have 1 or their 5 districts as well.

No doubt it is a huge injustice for the GOP to have 9 states that have been gerrymandered to make sure they are without void of GOP representation.

You said the reason in your post. You said "GOP" votes instead of white votes.

Political gerrymandering still ok, racial gerrymandering not ok.

Those states are lost. The only way to turn the tide is to elect MAGA governors and state house to redistrict, but as productive citizens flee to red states it won’t happen.

Like much of America’s Dem controlled urban wastelands, blue states are on a crash course with ruin as their taxpayers and companies flee.

Arkansas

We have plenty of Dem candidates here. We could vote for them if we wanted. They have the same opportunities as Republican candidates, we just don’t vote for them because we aren’t stupid.
