Big takeaways so far is that HE WASN'T ON THE DAMN JULY 25 CALL but that he was highly concerned with Trump's unusual channeling through Sondland, Rudy and Volker.

And that he was gravely concerned about Ukraine receiving the US aid which was delayed for 1 month.

He sounds like the WB, if it ain’t him. Kind of suspected from his earlier texts. He didn’t know the Burisma investigations were already opened , so he was kind of in the dark and speculating wildly, but he had some intel that there was some evil reason the aid was being held, where did he hear it, probably from Schiff, and maybe the real WB, if it’s not him...

No it's not. This whole narrative is swampy Bill's impressions as to what he gathered from second and third hand sources and reads a lot like Schiff's parody. Bill also sounds real butthurt about being cut out of the "irregular channel" as he likes to call it. He is a deep state swamp rat. Easy to see why they cut him out.
