You can bet the surrounding school districts will follow suit.

Democrats and Unions just love screwing each other in the arse. This will not go over well. Parents need to work.

Montgomery County is doing either all in-person schooling or remote learning. Got the survey yesterday asking which one I wanted for my kids.

They're going back!!

1BIGTigerFan,

Conroe ISD here too. The vast majority of our neighbors & friends are selecting in person instruction and have been very vocal.

We are in the Grand Oaks feeder zone with a daughter in elementary.

The few that picked online are foreign and have been 100% on lockdown since March.

October 19th LMFAO

Can they decide if the death count is correct or the case count is correct? Which one do they want to use? It's on pace to kill 10k people this year. Want to guess what the TDHS reported for total flu deaths for 2018 and 2019 flu season?

Congrats to everybody with kids raising suicidal retards for the next several years.

LCISD is starting 8/24. Choice of in person or online. Can't change your preference until the end of the grading period. If you need to change in the middle of a period they require a 2 week notice.

That's from a conference call just now with a principal. We'll see what changes between now and 8/9 (when the online/in-person form is due) and 8/24 (start date).

I feel badly that the kiddos who are there in-person (beginning in October) are going to have spend the entire day wearing masks.
I’d probably lose it.

MoCo Ag ,

We are west of 99 , Falls at Imperial Oaks, at one of the community elementary schools.

Our daughter goes to day care in Harmony and that side of 99 of Benders & Harmony are the same way, they want their kids in school.

there are 5 teachers on my street and they ALL want to get back in the classroom..they don't all vote the same but have a passion to teach and really put up a fight to make it happen. Complete opposite of the twitter-verse.

Fort Bend ISD also going to online only.
Lamar Consolidated ISD giving parents choice between in person and virtual.
Goose Creek CISD starting after Labor Day then 3 weeks in virtual.

Curious to see what other districts are going to end up doing.
My private school hasn't made an official announcement.

Do these people think the virus is going away if they wait a little longer?

MoCo Ag,

The internet makes a small world huh..my daughter is same daycare & with Jr Explorers and Ms Johnson.

Since she was born we have lived in Savannah , Charlotte and here. Primrose Harmony has been the best experience we have had.

I'm glad Conroe ISD has been transparent and reasonable...I think it will work out.
