I do care that we live in a society where women want equality and independence but aren't held responsible for their bad behavior. You can't have it both ways.

Eh. Might approach embarassed if your opinion mattered in the least, random stranger on the internet. I have a firm no sympathy policy for drunken sluts getting finding trouble. It's sad, but doesn't rise to the level of societal concern.
