Horowitz referred Comey for "Possible Prosecution"

For Leaking info.
This charge for Comey (like a plumbing leak - won't get better) is likely the first of many.
Makes me wonder if his tweet photos last several months haven't been a signal for help from his powerful co-conspirators. Series of rural pics starting with newly planted fields. Later with growing crop.

My take, guilty Comey was signaling the window for help closing. Nunes confirming with Harvest Time confirmation.

If they have more serious charges coming, he seems the most likely to roll over. I don’t see him taking the fall if it actually goes deeper.

I don't care how this is twisted by Joe M, Sam Hill, Undercover Huber whatshisname, and Q. AG Barr is not prosecuting the espionage act and Comey lying.
Yes, Comey could be prosecuted for the FISA abuse and setting up his own insider take down investigation of Trump (that wasted $30million dollars and two years of time.)
But it does not take away the fact that the espionage and lying charge could easily have just been added to others. There is no excuse for AG Barr deciding to not prosecute on these charges -under the guise that they are the weaker charges- other then a different set of rules and laws for them and an institutional cover up.
How many AG's has the FBI went to their home for memos; the day before Comey said under oath on camera that he wrote a memo so Trump would be the subject of a special council? FBI agents at Comey's home and the special council investigation carried on and Mueller was appointed the next day! <------this tells me it was a set up coup that will never see true justice.

Complete bullshite that he will not be charged. I asked T Fitton about it on Reddit and he said that if Barr was not charging Comey for this easy stuff he couldn’t envision anything more complex being pursued. Those were his exact words. Swamp is so fricking deep in DC.

Think about Flynn. He was ambushed. Thought he was just chatting w/FBI. No lawyer. Boom. Indicted for lying. Even though they said they didn’t think he was trying to mislead them.

Has anyone in a position of authority at DOJ gone on record saying Comey won’t be charged for this or are we just getting unsourced or anonymously-sourced reports that he won’t be?

I wonder who in DOJ makes that decision. Unlike Sessions, I do trust Barr. Perhaps they think it's an unwinnable case. Remember, these guys have to think about a possible trial and what chance they have of winning.

I agree with other comments here and it makes me sick to my stomach. That overall Comey will skate somehow someway, and if they let him skate no one else is going down.
There will be a sweeping report on how they will hold sensitivity classes to make sure this doesn't happen again and to be careful on their cell phones. Graham will finalize it and say some super nasty scathing things about them and write his own report and say blah blah blah this won't happen again.
