I wonder if the speech of black students will be policed as equally as white students? I think we all know the answer to that one.

School system is trying to legislate themselves into a quasi law enforcement body.When will these public servants finally realize that they work for the people and are paid with taxes from the citizens? The Sheriff should arrest them for impersonating a LEO.

It would be one thing if the proposal made the “infractions” a minor offense, and even that would be questionable; however, making it an offense eligible for expulsion or alternative school placement is just inexcusable, especially because those are largely ineffective or not detrimental punishments in many cases, even when it’s much more justifiable than this proposal.
