The problem is his statement also comes with the theoretical hypothesis of swapping people based on race and expecting the exact same outcomes.
Outcomes are much more closely tied to systems of government than anything else.
If you put our form of government in place in Venezuela they would thrive with the same people that live there now

If the purpose of this thread was an "honest" discussion, why are we discussing countries with oil and boundless natural resources to tiny islands with limited resources as if they are one-in-the-same?

I didn't even say melanin as you claim I did. The onus is on me to prove I didn't say something that any one can read I didn't say? And FWIW, I said you "won't get honest discussion here" because you already had jokes about plumbing and electricity. Doesn't exactly scream "honest discussion!"
