I think AOC needs to brush up …. As a member of Congress she ought to know this statute !!!!
Aiding and abetting illegal aliens is addressed under Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324, which makes it a crime to assist unauthorized aliens in entering or remaining in the United States, including actions like harboring or transporting them. Violators can face significant penalties, including fines and imprisonment.

The only legal question I can think in this situation is what rights and protection does a citizen have regarding their house being searched without a warrant if it's assumed they are harboring a criminal alien.
I assume that you mean something along the lines of an American citizen protecting somebody in their home, business, or other.
The common rights. Warrant required. Unless said person is stupid enough to allow them inside the property. Visual evidence can authorize an arrest or detention.
But. Cartels have been listed as terrorist groups. If FBI is accompanying the raid, and have previously submitted suspicion of terrorists at said location they need to no warrant. Under The Patriot Act.

Did she harbor or transport them in this scenario?
Did she assist them with staying in some way I'm not aware of?

She is so clueless. Constantly going to a gunfight barehanded

What's specifically fricked up on that?
It's fricked up that her info is setting people who don't understand law, for an obstruction charge
#'s 3 and 4.
To those that don't understand the process this could mean they don't have to identify themselves. At which point any officer of the law can detain them for obstruction. And hold them until their identity is confirmed.

AOC’s defense: I’m just an actress hired to play a role!

I’m guessing he wasn’t mesmerized by those big socialist tiddies.

Unlawful presence is overstaying a VISA which is a civil offense. Illegal Entry without ever having documentation is absolutely criminal.
Also criminal: aiding, harboring, or helping an illegal alien to avoid law enforcement.

SFP - Could it not be concluded that she is planning or aiding in the commission of a crime, and has taken demonstrable steps to aid in the commission of that crime?
Would this be something akin to the people that were charged in the kidnapping scheme against the Michigan governor?

That depends on the facts. What specific facts support this argument?
What specific behaviors would fall under this designation?

It's nothing like that, unless you have evidence she's actively hiding illegals or some direct-tactile behavior like in the Whitmer kidnapping plot.

She created a video to help avoid being deported aimed at people violating the law -

As far as I can tell, the video just explained the rights of the illegals.
ICE is still bound by the US Constitution. It's a stretch to say that requiring them to adhere to the Constitution and educating illegals on their rights is "helping avoid being deported".

Including drawing attention to areas of workplaces where interdicting officers are not allowed, per law, according to their Powerpoint.

So are we now promoting having the federal government violate laws protecting us and violating our rights?
For a person who believes in concepts like the Deep State, this should seem like a scary policy stance, I reckon.
I don't personally want to aid the government in violating the law to engage in their policing authority. That sounds like authoritarianism.

I don’t think that was the point. The point was to show places the illegals can go to avoid law enforcement.
