Which is what happens when you overstay a visa.... Which is a major driver of ice raids and our immigration problem

Is she not just using her right to free speech? What laws is she accused of breaking even? Hell Tom didn't know he was just pissy she didn't toe the line

Again, advising people of their rights is a fundamental aspect of the 1st Amendment.
Advising people of their rights violates nothing in this law.
This is 75-IQ level "analysis" only circulated by the most emotional of thinkers

I finally actually watched her entire video. It’s very fricked up what she was telling illegals to do. She needs to be thrown out and jailed for what she is doing with the little power that she does have

That legal analysis is pretty bad. I don't think you're gonna get a conviction aiding and abetting because of a webinar....I'd get a new lawyer twitter trolls if I were you

What's specifically fricked up on that?

So is that something that just happens to someone out of their control? Or not?
You're missing the forest for the trees, just like AOC.

Imagine the precedent they want, where explaining your rights to citizens is obstructing police action.
"The police need a warrant to enter your home and you don't have to let them in"
AIDING AND ABETTING CRIMINALS!

I see your point. However, they aren't citizens, hence the problem. But that's my non law school opinion. I enjoy reading the things you and boosie bring to the discussions, even if I don't like it sometimes! Lol

What's the problems?
They have Constitutional (like the 4th Amendment) protections, too.
There is this theory in the MAGA echo chamber that illegals don't have rights and that's very incorrect.
There are some limited areas where they don't enjoy specific rights (like possibly the possession of firearms), but our general due process and criminal protections are not in that group.

For clarification. 4th, 5th, 6th, 14th, along with a non-constitutional, but SCOTUS mandated Right to be with Family.
So far, only one judge has sided that there's is 2a protection, which is an outlier against every other case that has argued that right to them. The general consensus in the courts is that they do not enjoy 2a protection.

I know that illegals have a right to due process but isn't what Homan wants is a read from DOJ as to where the line is? I didn't see AOC's video or what she said but the issue is at what point does it cross into the aiding and abetting and breaking the law? as opposed of simply informing people of their rights?
That seems to be the issue with AOC and other sanctuary types.
