Every single one of them to a man argued there isn't a crisis on the border.

The cartels are a major component of this crisis.

It’s been a constant refrain for years from Progressives. Mexico is safe “ except for parts “. It’s just not true when you have access to google maps and the news cycle. Mexico, because cartel tentacles extend EVERYWHERE, is not safe. And it’s not that some lone dude is going to Jack you at a gas station violence, it’s organized crime that specializes in mass murder as a tactic of intimidation and control. Progressives have minimized it for more than a decade. Less vociferously now of course, as it becomes harder to repeat. But you will note that VOR reflexively did it here- to make the argument that Mexico itself is largely safe there are just “ parts”. The reality is Mexican society has spun out of control.

It's the yankee oppression that causes the violence. All we need to do to end this is let them come here. Then they wouldn't be violent anymore.

I keep waiting for a cartel to take over a cruise ship that docks in Cozumel... No way in hell I would go there... There are plenty of places in the ME that are safer than Mexico...
