I’m not trying to sell anytime soon, and though prices will fall eventually the value will almost certainly retain some of the residual inflation.

I don’t have time to respond to every poster in this thread, and it’s not like any of you really listen to what’s being said, so I’ll encapsulate and go to work :
- yes the economy could be better. Personally I’m in good shape and have prospered.
- yes I’ve checked my TSP and my children’s 529s this month.
- no I’m not selling my house right now.
- yes i think the economy would be in a similar state even if Trump had been elected.
- yes i would vote for Biden again, but I’d prefer someone less corporate.
- yes SDVTiger is a fool that really only wants to engage with short little burst of snarky bullshite, and feel like a big man for saying things like “always has to have the last word. I’ll bet you’ll say something else, won’t you?”
- yes I think Shortyrob should see a professional to have his IQ checked, and possibly retire to some sort of group home for the intellectually impaired.
