If Joe issues pardons for people who have never been arrested or charged, then that means that he knew that they'd committed crimes, possibly making him a co-conspirator.

You certainly can pardon anyone for anything, whether tried or not.

Ford pardoned Nixon for any federal offenses he may have committed during his presidency.

Holy Cats! I hadn't thought about that...but the Leftist hive man is definitely at work.
The easy fix is to prosecute Fauci, et al under STATE crimes over which presidential pardons have no effect.

Under what grounds? I’m assuming it doesn’t matter if it’s legal or constitutional. They do whatever the frick they want anyway. It’s (D)ifferent.

If this is something the administration does, Biden didn't come up with it, he is just doing what the handlers tell him. They are the people scared of being prosecuted.
And if it happens, I hope Trump goes after every one of those bastards. First for what they've done to him (looking at Biden's admin meeting w/ Fani Willis). But even worse is how they've used ordinary people - patriots who have been incarcerated for years, often without trial. Now they try to dangle the carrot.
Trump should go after the Capital Hill law enforcement, federal prosecutors and judges. ALL OF THEM.

Trump really should pardon every single J6er, then launch an investigation into Ashley Babbitt’s murder.
And have a real investigation into J6

SCOTUS may take a dim view of issuing open-ended pardons. It remains to be seen.

You can’t pardon people for crimes they may have committed.

How so? Let's say that Joe ordered someone (let's say Mayorkas) to do something illegal. He's never been investigated, arrested, or charged with any crime, yet Joe issues a pardon for the crime that Joe ordered him to commit. Does that not make Joe a co-conspirator in the crime?

What reason would he have for pardoning anyone in his political party? They threw the old man out like he was garbage for the most unelectable person in history. In the end it was his Son. I doubt anyone else in DC is getting a pardon before a crime is even named. I think secretly Biden wouldn’t mind seeing some of the establishment suffer for being treated the way he was. However I’m aware that he would probably sign anything in front of him no matter what it said and no matter who wrote it.

Fauci just won’t go to any red state then. I think he’s explicitly avoided Florida in recent years because DeSantis would arrest him on the fricking spot if he ever had the balls to step foot in his state.

This only tells the country they committed crimes.

Nothing that says those who are pardoned and unable to face justice of the courts cant have their case files made public.

That CNN anchor is an idiot.
People forget, the DOJ basically said while Biden was POTUS that he was guilty of all sorts of stuff, but that they weren't going to prosecute because he was senile (but he was fit to still be POTUS).
If Biden's not careful, he's going to find himself up to his own neck in investigations once Trump is sworn in.
He'd best leave it at Hunter.

So we get to just blanket pre pardon people who haven’t been charged with a crime, thereby immunizing them for any prosecution whatsoever?

Thankfully, the Constitution covers that explicitly. States MUST comply with rendition (extradition) requests from other states.
