It was an SSR for about 70 years in the 20th century and the world kept spinning without it.

Mark Levin appreciates your support for Ukraine and it’s Jewish president.

It is actually one of the worst places for a slush fund because there are tons of Russian spies there who want to embarass Americans.

Took you five weeks to come up with a list that’s already getting promptly destroyed for accuracy.
Then you follow up with your real motivation and make the deserved blowback about Trump.
Goofball.

IT is a honey hole for the skim. That's why there was so much concern over it vis a vis Trump and Biden and Burisma. Plus you had American politicians overly involved in that place. You basically had Victoria Nuland playing royal viceroy after Maidan choosing who would be in the government.
This war and actions leading up to it since 2013 smell.
It works like this Euro.... hey Ukraine, we gonna give you some money to help you " develop" critical infrastructure and industries.....well not give, but make it available. But there are hoops you'll have to jump through for some of this money....procedures in D.C. . You'll need navigators. So we suggest someone like Hunter Biden or John Heinz to " help" you out especially with the natural resources. I'm sure you can find a way to make it worth their while for their keen insights. Whatever you think is fair.

30 years or so ago, Ukraine gave up it's nuclear weapons in exchange for safety guarantees from both Russia and the U.S. Russia invaded, and we reneged.
The accepted norm has been to excuse authoritarian leaders because their actions usually remain within their own borders. At least in recent years. The rational argument is that this is naked aggression. The pushback against Vlad reflects panic with the security issues, just as much if not more so than the humanitarian.
The likely consequence with Ukraine being defeated is that there will be a rush to nuclear proliferation. Traditional countries that have the technology but have restrained, Germany, Poland, et al, will develop weapons for their own security. Throw in the myriad of smaller ones, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, on and on.
There isn't any reason to suggest Vladimir will stop with Ukraine. His past actions virtually guarantee otherwise.
As noted by some, the entire security landscape would change, and not for the better. If a country can't rely on safety guarantees and can be invaded at any moment by a stronger aggressor... the only alternative it has is to develop nuclear weapons and not give them up. That's the lesson. There would be a lot more fingers on nuclear buttons and the attendant existential risks.

We have a winner here folks.
To one of the xidung defenders in this thread.
Do you Burimisa?
To the OP of this pathic little chain e-mail you got off the DUump, reddit or fake-book...check some of the claims before you post it.
You are being made a fool.
Ukraine/Russia is the Europeans issue. We, the US, have been carry the Euros for well over 100 years.
WWI, right or wrong on our part, was saved by our country at great cost to many young American men.
WWII, a huge costly war for all countries involved, cost many of our grand-fathers and great-grandfathers their life's, many sustained life-long injuries.
Many dealt with what is now termed 'PTSD' for their whole life's. Nightmares, flash-backs, guilt, fear...
Post WWII, we assisted greatly in rebuilding Europe.
We protected Europe from the big bad Russian bear and the evils of communism at the cost of untold trillions of dollars.
Let the Euro's handle this. Freedom is hard. Let them earn it.
We have more than enough problems right here in America.

Great thread!
The Ukraine territory also feeds a large part of the world by its wheat production and other grains.
The Ukraine is also an extremely corrupt region historically and has been exploited by nefarious parties as well.
The Ukraine is on every human rights watchlist for criminal violations. It’s an easy google search…
Study the history of the region and the people to find where we are.
