If so, you wouldn't be asking such stupid questions.
The DUI is one thing.
It's her threatening the cops, lying to the cops, trying to use her position as DA to bully the cops. THAT is what is at issue here.

The DA is a woman, so you weren't kidding that you aren't familiar with the story. Why not read some of the links or watch some of the videos provided on this thread before commenting?
