There’s no way that quote from the Governor is real, right?

So I have a child who is born with no kidneys. That baby is born and technically could be somewhat kept alive

Of you are going to take this approach, Unser an example like anencephaly not being born with no kidneys. That’s a bad example to illustrate your point.

Dialysis can keep the child alive for years and years and potentially allow for a kidney transplant.

So is this only an option for Virginia citizens or for any mother giving birth in Virginia? If it's for any mother I wonder how many women cross the state line to murder their baby.

What potential is there for them to be charged with murder in the state they are from?

This reminds me of the movie Gosnell, about the abortion doctor in Philly. He was doing this kind of shite.

No he wasn't. And he is in prison. But don't let the truth get in the way if your narrative.

It was a radio interview not a press conference.

And they claim that statement was a gaffe. I mean, he clearly thought out that statement, it is not some misspeak.

Though I think abortion is wrong, we can have the discussion about it. However, there is not a discussion about choosing to let a baby die after birth, because at that point it is an intentional killing.

I suspect that many states are now enacting Roe-compliant statutes in order to protect abortion rights in the face of challenges to Roe under the anticipated new SCOTUS.

WTF are you talking about? There was no federal law against abortion when Roe was decided.

Do you even understand the core issue? The issue was that many (not all) individual states had laws severely restricting or banning the procedures. Roe said, "Nope. Abort 'em if you got 'em" - with this crazy, tortured language along the lines of the birth control, "penumbra of rights" and an invented "right to privacy" which 7 members of the Supreme Court decided equaled a "right" to an abortion.

So, IF Roe were reversed, all 50 states would be free to either ban the procedures or have few/no restrictions at all (which was essentially the case when Roe was decided - that range of possibilities).

So if we finally track down that elusive homosexual gene (heh), will the Left be ok with aborting children on the basis of a deformed sexual preference?

I don't get his obsession with abortion. He's not capable of changing minds so it seems to me that he is just bragging about chopping up tiny humans is legal.

It's weird.
