What are you even talking about? Just because a law says that you can choose not to provide care for a newborn following birth does not make it right. Legality and morality have points in which they diverge.

Melting about what? Pro choice is winning bigly. But if I recall you actually flipped positions and support abortion as long as it is 1st trimester. So we aren't that far apart.

I have admitted that I don't really care because I don't protest or attack baby killing doctors. I think using it as birth control is abhorrent but it keeps the dem population down so...

I already said last night I 100% support the NY abortion law. The proposal in VA as far as I know is dead on arrival and is a non issue. Only thing I know about it was the radio show the Governor did describing particulars. In typical PT fashion they took out parts of his explanation to paint their narrative.

So again, this is not a discussion about delivery of nonviable term infants.

BECAUSE THERE WAS NO LAW PRECLUDING delivery and subsequent palliation of nonviable infants.
