Abrams was routed by Kemp. This isn’t Stacey Abrams State. She isn’t from here she is a grifter. Trump is responsible for turning Georgia Blue. His stupidity took what was a State with 2 Republican senators and turned it into the shite sandwich we have now. Kemp likely beats Ossoff in next Senate election. We are stuck with Warnock thanks to Trump and his backing the worst god damn candidate ever in Herschel Walker.

If they put a former president in prison over this, there will be no more America anyway.

Interesting. I thought there was a Republican primary where Republican voters voted for Herschel.

That’s not the way it works for a petit jury

You have no idea what court case you are even being considered for

Have you never served jury duty before ?

100s of people are summoned for a variety of cases

Donald Trump meddled and backed awful Candidates. His sycophants went along with it. Donald Trump single handedly fricked Georgia. People here dislike him. There was no 'cheating' in Georgia elections. Trump lost because he is an idiot that has alienated Suburban, Moderate, and Independent voters in this state. Can't win in 2024 without Georgia and he isn't winning Georgia. That ship has sailed. Its just reality.

what precisely was wrong with Walker wrt Warnock??

who would better serve the interests of constitutional government, rather than the interests of the socialist tyranny we are now enduring.

please be specific.

You cannot win an election with a candidate who held a loaded gun to his ex wife's head. Period. Female GOP voters won't vote for the guy.

Thus, Trump will now go on trial in Stacey Abrams’ home state for not being nearly as successful an “election denier” as she is. She was richly rewarded for doing exactly what Trump was accused of, and by the very same people.

Being an election denier is different than taking illegal steps to change the outcome of an election which is what these people are charged with. Now she will have to prove it in court.

Oh I don't know maybe that he encouraged/paid for multiple abortions? Had multiple affairs? Had multiple kids out of wedlock? Threatened to kill his wife? This isn't even taking into account that they guy is certifiably insane. He has admitted as much. Under what conditions are all those things 'conservative' principles? Knowing all that you might as well vote for Warnock and that is precisely what people did there were like 200,000 people who voted Kemp/Warnock or voted Kemp and not for either Warnock or Herschel. All of those things about Herschel were true and they were even known but they ran him anyway That's just stupidity.

Then this should be moved to federal court or to another area in GA.

So according to dersh Trump and some others can request this as they were federal employees at the time. Others like Rudy wouldn't be able to. That's interesting.

I still think the bigger question really should be how a county DA can bring State charges and it not be the state AG. Not sure if this is cleared up but seems that some think it's a dangerous precedent to set. Would be interesting to know if Kemp and/or the State AG have been asked this, and why it's being allowed.

That is what happens in almost every single criminal prosecution…..

DA’s are elected at the county/parish level usually. And in most states are not a part of the State-level DOJ or AG’s office.

These Democrat activists will put Trump on trial for the rest of his natural life, in a state where neither a president nor the current GOP governor are able to pardon him. Only the bureaucrats can pardon in Georgia, but to even apply you have to be five years removed from your conviction and clear of all other criminal allegations. Which means Trump could not even apply to the Georgia parole board until he was five years clear of all the other charges facing him as well.

The no pardon thing IMHO becomes moot if Trump becomes President. I doubt this nation, SS, military would allow him to sit in some GA prison during his term. Defer it until after his term or just drop it. GA would be worse of an embarrassment of a state if they remind the nation of their garbage criminal/prison state ancestry.

First, highly doubtful Trump ever holds public office again. Second, not a lawyer but why would a convicted felon just have his case dropped because he got elected to an office? Are we saying elected officials are above the law?

your unattributed, unlinked, long copy of copyright material does not address trump appointee judge cannon coddling trump's balls as she slurps him.
