we now have multiple angles of the shooting and not 1 shows him going for his gun.

He had his hands up and was pepper sprayed heavily and held down by 5 guys when one takes his gun away and another just shoots him many times.

It looks like one ICE agent freaked out when he saw the gun and decided to just shoot, then unloaded his entire clip just to make sure he killed him.

That edit is pretty good. They photoshopped the dick out and replaced it with a mic.

Why was there? Did he seek out the interaction?

I couldn’t tell you why he was there, but that doesn’t answer my question. The government has taken a position, before any investigation, that this man violently resisted.

From what I saw, he stepped in when an officer got rough with another bystander, got maced, go dragged to the ground, beat from multiple sides, and then shot from behind.

Did he throw a punch? An elbow? Did he headbutt one of them? Who got hurt? And what in all this was a reason to shoot him?

Have you ever been maced or taken blows to the face? Maybe I’m missing something, but regardless, did the officers do everything right here? Do we have any standard of conduct for their behavior? At what point is a killing unjustified to y’all?

Edit: Also, we’re now making unfounded personal attacks and calling this person a child abuser because we believe he’s a liberal that ICE killed?

Maybe it is the overwhelming video evidence.

Yep. Fight law enforcement, and you get what you get. He could have stayed on the sidewalk, and he would be licking a latte right now.

Oh, my bad. That’s a good enough reason to shoot him?

No, but it’s a good enough reason not to take you seriously, skittles.

You guys are fricking retarded. He doesn't have to physically harm anyone to be disarmed.
They were taking him into physical custody. He can be disarmed legally.

Once you are told you are under arrest, you are considered under arrest.

You can be taken into physical custody before or after having been placed under arrest.

If you fight physical custody, you are resisting arrest.

If you grab and wrestle the arresting personnel, you have assaulted an officer.

If you try to get away, you are evading arrest.

If you have done all of these things and failed to inform the authorities that you have a handgun, you have committed a further crime.

If you try to prevent them disarming you when they are making an arrest and wrestle for control of the weapon, you are considered armed and dangerous.

If they shoot you when you have escalated from a simple arrest to being an armed and dangerous person, they were justified.

That’s called obstruction, and while armed. That’ll do the trick. Pew pew.

Do you want him to get a flag and 15 for clipping?

I wonder what the criminal was thinking when the magazine was getting low?

Liberal? I would say no.

Leftist? More than likely.

I would prefer that an investigation play out.

I remember something similar occurring in Baton Rouge.

Innocent LEO were vilified, attacked, maimed, and killed as a result of the false narrative at the time.

None of these protesters strike me as happy well adjusted people. They look like their lives really suck. I'm not so sure that he didnt want to commit suicide by cop so he could be a martyr for the cause. Now that CBS and CNN are blasting his name everywhere, we will probably see more of these kamikaze loosers.
