Here we go again...Police Officer Shoots Man in Southeast Washington DC

The shooting happened just before 4 p.m. in the 200 block of Orange Street SE.
The man who was shot is not conscious and not breathing, police said.
It is unclear at this time what led up to the shooting an no further information was immediately available.
