NOTE: as expected, the judge in this decision is a dem appointee (Clinton).

LINK

A U.S. federal judge on Tuesday ruled against President Donald Trump’s attempt to transfer $3.6 billion in military construction funds to build a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border.
In a 21-page opinion, El Paso, Texas-based U.S. District Court Judge David Briones issued a permanent injunction that prohibited the Trump administration from using the funds for border barriers.

Does this one have to make it to the SC too?!?!

If the USSC already said he could, this guy can pound sand. It is time for these judges to be put in their place.

This is an executive branch function and they should tell him he has no jurisdiction. What can he do about it? Nothing.

The Constitution says the branches are co equal and the Judicial is not superior.

Just more evidence that judicial appointments may well be the most vital accomplishment of the Trump administration.

It'll go to a Circuit Court of Appeals and be overturned.

What. the. frick.

The USSC has already stayed one injunction on this. Did the district court grant a stay on its own ruling? It should have.

So much winning

I thought Mexico was paying for it? Yet another Trump scam that has to be fixed in court

The money wasn't appropriated for that. Learn what Article 1 is. Thank god we still have judges that care about the constitution.

What the frick are you projecting sport?

Impeachment is perfectly constitutional. The Senate failing to convict is also constitutional

You don’t actually have an informed response and this is the best you can come up with?

Dems being stupid is a pretty worn cliche. Thanks for proving the cliche has a foundation in truth
