There is a video with him handcuff sitting against the wall, and he removes drugs from his pocket and tosses it on the ground when the police weren't looking.

I’ve had to interact with many many criminals that exemplified this exact same behavior during arrest. Although it’s hard to justify the officer kneeling on his back/neck for as long as he did, I’m starting to feel more and more like these officers were simply trying to calm his arse down. I don’t think the officers’ actions were intentionally malicious in any way.

Of course when they clear them, they’ll burn the city down and riot for weeks bc nobody has ever taught the ghetto any type of accountability or responsibility.
