It’s a point that trump cannot escape

The fact of the matter is that trump, who can afford to live anywhere, chose Florida and part of that reason is that DeSantis is governor.

Trump is also clearly on record advocating for DeSantis as his VP

Sure...that's what he fricking said.

Sounds impossible.

It isn't.

Unless, of course, you're a lying grifter and a loser who is trying to go after the best governor in the country.

He chose it because of MAL and tax breaks. That's it.

If MAL was in TX he would have ended up in TX. MAL has long been a flagship property for Trump.

Trump keeps calling the state trash.

DeSantis was asked about that.

He accurately pointed out that the family moved down there recently.

So Trump's lying about the state being trash.

That was the context of the question and answer.

Since Donald is now a Liberal, he should go back to New York and take his "New York Values" with him.

Trump introduced and pushed Ron’s first run. He won because he was a Trump candidate.

Wonderful. How long does Trump get to live off of that and his fluke win in 2016 because Jill Stein played spoiler?

Trump cost us Congressional seats in 2018 we should've won, cost us both GA seats during the runoff, and cost us control of the Senate again in 2022.

Oh, and he got bent over by a potato with dementia. He's a fricking loser and it's time to put him out to pasture.

What are the qualities of a cult leader? Cult leaders are charismatic, highly convincing, and good at getting people to listen to and follow them. They often build their image on lies and may display narcissistic behaviors.

The term 'cult' comes from the Latin cultus, meaning 'worship. This is reasonable: a cult must have a leader who is either worshipped or greatly revered by the cult's followers.

Among the things he doesn’t like:

Florida’s taxes aren’t as “fair” or “equitable” as Californias.

He won’t make the convention - he will either be in jail or forced out

It’s his own fault

Yea I need to go read the article he referenced in his statement. Doesn't seem correct.

Overall tax burden

Effective property tax rates

CA 0.75%
FL 0.86%

Missed where he trashed Florida.

The guy claimed Trump said "Florida is trash."

Trump has never said any such thing.

He's questioned the job Desantis has done.

I don't think it's a good play for Trump but he has not said Florida is trash as the guy claimed.

He literally called Florida a “dump” and that it was full of “misery and despair”.
