It probably wasn't the right decision given the situation but it is at least defensible. He WAS trying to outrun them but then they amped up the situation by blocking him. I think he might have figured they were going to shoot him no matter what, so he took his chance.

We have a trial in Wisconsin because a young man shot and killed two people after he was chased, threatened and a gun was pointed st him.

We have a trial in Ga. because three men chased, threatened and pointed a gun at a young man who retaliated by trying to grab the gun abd was shot.

Many say the guy in Wisconsin had a right to defend himself, and I don’t disagree. Many say the three men in Ga. had a right to chase and harass the guy they eventually shot because they believed they were making a citizens arrest.

If the people chasin the guy on trial in Wisconsin have been making a citizens arrest would that have made what they were doing right? I don’t think so. It doesn’t make it tight in Ga. either.

Sure they do. You just don’t like the reason they stopped him. Because he’s a thief, not a jogger.

He was shot and killed because he reached for a gun, self defense or not. You're retarded if you keep claiming he was shot because they thought he may have stolen something.
