Have you ever noticed the demographic difference associated with all capital cities in US?

The difference is extreme. When looking at the average city through the demographic lens, race and sexual orientation numbers are very similar. However, when one includes their state or US capitals, race and sexual orientation numbers are dramatically different.
I believe these extremes are purposeful which is why our leaders seem to be so responsive towards the particular needs of those demos. Of course, if you find that hard to believe, include Lying media (MSM) employment for real, mind blowing demographic numbers.
To change society, certainly we must not have to move to capital cities or become employed by the Lying media (MSM) or do we?

Well yea. Who do you think occupies the thousands of useless and redundant state government jobs?
It isn't our best and brightest.

Pretty much.
That DMV in Zootopia full of various sloths isn’t far from reality.

Yes. I work in downtown Houston. It's not good!

Mostly governments that employ thousands of people who do nothing.

So the claim is that capital city governments favor hiring gay/minorities who then move to cities to be closer to work?
.

No, the claim is that state and federal governments are bloated to all hell, and employ thousands and thousands of people with bare bones education to do meaningless bureaucratic/administrative tasks.
The people with no other skills than being able to type and be physically present gravitate to those jobs because of the benefits and job security.
And yes, gays and black people tend toward urban areas anyway, so naturally they are overrepresented in these urban capital cities.

Gotcha. But is this really isolated to capital city/state governments?

Jobs in public service vary, and the skillsets needed to perform them vary, as well. Most folks that I know who work public service jobs do it for the predictable schedules and for a good work-life balance.
These folks don't work for the state or federal government for the salaries.

It is heavily connected to that plus academia and federal government.

I’m sorry. Let me go get my glasses so I can see the numbers you posted, verifying your claim.

Well, Juneau has over 5k govt workers. Most of them are white females. They vote just like you think white middle class women would vote.
Then throw in the activist groups. My two closest neighbors are lobby groups for environmental and government agencies.

Yes, it’s called DEI and affirmative action! There is a clear preference for anyone who isn’t white, Christian, and especially male.
Obvious, you are smart enough to see this.. Right?
And beyond that, group living centers, such as multifamily homes/buildings, the availability of public transportation, and the “assistance” provided for low income people to move in city centers has created this situation. It’s all part of socialist policies! Destroying the family unit, offering welfare & food stamps, and SSI; They creat an environment for the constituents to be a solid voting block. The truth is much deeper than this, I’m only giving high level examples.

WOW. 5,000 state goob drones just in Juneau alone??
Rhetorically speaking...
Given the vast majority of these specific whyte wymmens seem to vote enmass as a (D) bloc in support of (D) policies (aka socialism-totalitarianism-tyranny), have all goobermint capitol/centers across the entire West been captured" so to speak? (Seems likeestablishing a Stockholm Syndrome "Us vs. Them" war mentality within bureaucratic seats of control has been achieved.)

More Cult-level unofficial tentacles of tBureaucratic Leviathon.
Regular, normal citizens just don't have time for the bogus crusades like obsessed radicals (compensated BY Big Goob) to overturn The System.

Salaries are pretty good in the state and Federal system for mid to upper level jobs.
Average Federal employee salary $87,000
Average Private Sector salary $100,180
Can't argue with the facts. $13k difference.

Alphabet people & minorities flock to public sector employment because it's damned-near impossible to get fired.
